Cycle Route 8th Jan 2012

Tomorrow's club cycle will kick off as usual at sligo IT leaving at 9am. first lap will be 36km round the lake then onwards for a total of 113km
Good option to do lap one and end up back at the IT. No one will be left behind, you will not end up on your own regardless of pace so don't worry about that.
