We had 35 swimmers take part in the Video Swim Analysis Session on Tuesday last. We are going to go through the videos with each swimmer on Tuesday 16th February in the GAA Room in the Sports complex beginning at 8:30pm sharp. We will then have the pool session as normal at 10pm. Anyone who got video or is interested in seeing how it works is invited to come along. Bring a USB memory stick if you’d like to download your videos for further viewing at home. If anyone has a computer projector they wouldn’t mind lending for the night please contact sligocitytriathlon@gmail.com Thanks go once again to Mark Capilitan for getting our underwater footage
