The Wednesday night time trial starts tomorrow night please have a look at the entry list which shows your entry number and your start time. We would ask that you complete your warm up and report to the start line 15mins before your start time. If you are not there for your allotted time you will be moved all the way to the end of the line. We need an orderly queue of 5 people waiting to head off, we will not be calling people you need to organise yourself and make sure you are in the right slot at the right time.
As the organisers will be involved in time keeping its not an automatic system, we would ask that you complete your TT and leave – please do not ask the time keepers for times as it is difficult enough with 2 or 3 racers finishing at the same time to figure it all out, your times will be up on the blog site that night.
The Marshalls are shown colour coded and the Marshal responsible for keeping times at the half way point are also noted. Remember if you for some reason cannot make the marshalling slot make sure you replace yourself with a similar grade of person who will take up the exact same role as you have been appointed to do, ie marshalling a junction or keeping times. So make sure your replacement has experience of your proscribed role.
Remember:
- Be respectful to the residents of Rosses Point!
- Obey the rules of the road!
- When you are finished move away from the finish area as you maybe confused with other cyclists!
- Respect the marshalls – they are there for your safety!
- You are responsible for your own safety and for the other road users around you – the roads are NOT closed for these TT races.
- Anyone found to break these rules will be DQ’d
