Well done to everyone who took part in the Pool Time Trial on Friday night. Good news is that 70% of returning swimmers from the coached sessions were faster than last time meaning keep up the training it's working! Prizes were awarded for % improvements on times from previous events and went to 1st - Kate Hwaney 2nd - Tom Ford 3rd - Eamonn McAndrew Best newcomer award went to Laura Spellman. Special congratulations to Shiela Ryan who was the fastest lady with a blistering swim. Many thanks to Lynsey Dunne who did a great job on organising a smooth event enjoyed by everyone.
