  • A couple of changes of clothing

Per iodising your training programme.

Transition Session (setting up transition area)

Bike handling skills

Turbo or Road Cycle (dependent on size of group and availability of Equipment).

Recommended methods for monitoring training

Run session (Track or Field/ Road). Technical drills and short fartlek/ interval session (Dependent on surface).
