Round 3 of the duathlon series is this Sunday (11th April):2.5k run; 20k cycle; 2.5k run
Same distance again due to popular deamand.
Meet at Rosses Point beach car park at 9am....we need marshalls to make the event a success so if you are competing then bring a friend/ family member to help out -the more people that help run these races, the more races can take place.
