Are YOU a WARRIOR OF THE SEA?
The challenge is set in stone. A Sligo Triathlon Club Training event to test your muscle.
Complete a 5.6 km Open Water Marathon through channels, over beaches, rocks and waves.
This is not for the feint hearted with as much mental resolve required as fitness. This has never been done before so the swimmers will be making history in Sligo swimming.
If you have what it takes, email Scot Reid at reidscot@gmail.com to enter.
If you'd like to help out in the organisation (you don't need to be able to provide a boat there's lots of other jobs) please contact Scot.
You must register and pay the fee before the event. There will under no circumstances be entries accepted on the day so get in early before the event fills.
