The second Sligo City Tri Club winter coaching course kicks off tomorrow (Fri 27th) at 6pm in the Regional Sports Complex. The course will be given by Swim For Tri, a short promotional video on the course has been added to their website. The usual Friday swim club session has been postponed untill December.
